First Friday Art Walk, and Art in the Heart – downtown Vancouver’s Street Art Festival will be taking place on one exciting night: Friday August 1st, 2014.
Vickie Nelson will be our featured artist. Vickie is one of Vancouver’s most well know and collected artists. Her casual contemporary watercolors are a favorite of local collectors. Vickie is a full time artist and resides in Camas where she paints in her home studio. She has painted for more than 30 years,
and has been published in numerous watercolor publications. Artist reception Friday August 1st from 5-9 pm.
Art in the Heart is Vancouver’s annual downtown street art festival where local artists sell their own work. Located in the block of Main Street between Evergreen and 11th and Along Evergreen Boulevard between Columbia and Broadway. You are sure to find a good deal on that new piece for your collection or meet an artist who is tops on your list.
Aurora Gallery has 12 participating artists for this event and a whole gallery full of beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces for your viewing.
